Patiss-graphie
Mon nouvelle univers « Patiss-graphie » sont des photos construites comme des toiles de peinture réalisés avec des desserts et des éléments comestibles. Recherche d’une composition équilibrée, de l’imbrication des formes, de l’harmonie des couleurs et du choix des desserts et des fruits.
Afin d’avoir les formes, les brillances et les couleurs désirés, je pousse à présent la démarche à faire tout de A à Z en réalisant moi-même toutes mes pâtisseries.
Photographe portraitiste depuis 20 ans, je décide de changer carrément d’univers il y a 3 ans et je prendre la décision de me tourner vers la photo culinaire.
J’ai eu envie de pousser la photographie culinaire vers le côté artistique, graphique, et assez contemporain en ne réalisant des photos qu’à la verticale du plan de dressage sur des dimensions assez grande.
